Sometimes Miracles Unfold Exactly When You Need Them

Amidst navigating complex land development deals and walking away from a bad deal, my wife and I took a step back and asked, "What do we really want?" That conversation led us to a cherished memory—a peaceful family trip to Joshua Tree. We realized we wanted to create a space where others could experience the same peace and restoration.

Two weeks later, out of the blue, a realtor called with an off-market land opportunity—property with approved plans for a small two-bedroom home near Joshua Tree. I visited the land just after a fresh snowfall, and in that moment, I knew this was meant to be.

With faith guiding us, we poured our vision, experience, and prayers into CalmaStay. The land is sacred, the home is anointed, and now, our guests can step into the same tranquility that inspired us.
